To ensure a safe, peaceful, and memorable stay for everyone on the property, please familiarize yourself with our general guidelines and policies.

🕒 Arrival & Departure

Check-in: After 3:00 PM (Easy self-check-in via key lockbox)
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Minimum Age to Rent: 21 years old

🚗 Access & Parking

Our Road: We are located approximately 3 miles down a gravel/dirt road to ensure a truly secluded stay. Please drive at or below the recommended speed limits.

Parking: Generous, private on-site parking is available at each cabin, with plenty of space suitable for multiple vehicles, trucks, and ATV trailers.

💳 Payments & Cancellations

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Security Deposit: A credit card number is required on file to hold your reservation for incidental damages.

Standard Bookings Cancellation: Cancel 14+ days before arrival for a refund.

Holiday & Special Event Bookings Cancellation: Cancel 21+ days before arrival.

Note: If cancellation deadlines are not met, a 50% refund (plus tax) will be issued.

🌲 Cabin & Property Rules

No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside any cabin. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

No Pets: To keep our cabins allergen-free, we maintain a strict no-pets policy.

Events & Parties: Our cabins are peaceful retreats. Large gatherings, events, or parties are not permitted.

Firewood: Please do not cut down any standing trees. You are welcome to gather firewood from the abundant fallen wood across our 125 acres.

Keep it Clean: To preserve our hand-crafted log furniture and flooring, please leave muddy boots and riding shoes outside.

Safety First: No shooting of firearms is allowed anywhere on the property.

🪵 Guest Responsibility

Guests are fully responsible for any damages that occur to the cabins, furniture, or property during their stay. The cost of any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged to the credit card on file.
