• No cutting down trees — firewood may be gathered from fallen wood on property

• Credit card number required to hold reservation for incidental damages

• Cancellations:

  • Standard bookings: 14+ days before arrival

  • Holiday/special event bookings: 21+ days before arrival

  • If cancellation deadline not met, 50% refund + tax
